This Privacy Policy and Information Notice ("Policy") is prepared by Barış Otomotiv ("Dealership", "we") to set out the principles regarding the processing of personal data of natural persons ("Data Subject", "you") visiting the website at https://otoportfoy.sageworkdigital.com ("Site"), in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable regulations.

As the data controller, the Dealership is obliged to take the necessary administrative and technical measures to lawfully process and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the principles set out in this Policy.

Depending on the nature of the service provided and the communication established with you, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

• Identity and Contact Data: Full name, phone number and the content of messages you send us (only if you choose to share them).
• Transaction Security and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session information and cookie records.
• Request and Preference Data: Vehicle listings you are interested in, your favorites and comparison preferences (stored locally on your device).

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Providing vehicle sales and advisory services and responding to your requests,
• Communicating with you via phone, WhatsApp or e-mail,
• Improving the functionality, security and user experience of the Site,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and managing legal processes.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilling our legal obligations, being necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and your explicit consent where required.

A limited number of cookies and browser local storage (localStorage) are used on the Site to provide the service and improve your experience:

• Strictly Necessary / Technical Cookies: Required for the Site's core functions (language and theme preference, session security) and cannot be disabled.
• Preference Data (Local Storage): Your selections such as favorites and comparison lists are stored only on your own device (localStorage) and are not sent to us or to third parties.
• Third-Party / Analytics Cookies: The Site currently does NOT use any third-party advertising or personal-data analytics tracking cookies. Should such a tool be added in the future for visit statistics, this Policy will be updated and your explicit consent will be obtained where required.

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage via your browser settings; however, blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause some parts of the Site to malfunction.

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our hosting and technical infrastructure providers, to third-party services used as communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp), and to legally authorized public institutions. The Dealership does not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK, and object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems.

The Dealership takes appropriate technical and administrative measures, within the framework of technological means and implementation costs, to prevent the unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to ensure its safekeeping.

This Policy may be revised from time to time in line with changes in legislation or updates to the Dealership's practices. The current version is published on the Site together with its publication date.
